FreeSWITCH, voice agents, real customers. Taking an AI phone assistant to production.

The biggest operational load on small and mid-size businesses in Turkey is still the phone. Appointments, orders, price inquiries, reservations — handled one by one. 850Santral was built to offload that work to an AI phone assistant.
Why FreeSWITCH?.
Off-the-shelf voice AI products are fast to start but expensive and inflexible. FreeSWITCH gave us full control: call routing, IVR, audio quality, multi-line, recording.

Production challenges.
